During checkout, however, I did not find any option to avail the free gift that they themselves advertise repeatedly. Post-purchase, I politely reached out via their WhatsApp support, requesting whether the advertised free gift could be considered—purely as a gesture, especially since this was my first purchase from their platform. What followed was deeply shocking and disheartening.
Instead of a courteous or professional response, the person handling the WhatsApp communication replied rudely and aggressively, going to the extent of using curse-like language and making inappropriate, negative remarks. For a customer simply asking a question—without entitlement, without hostility—this kind of response is unacceptable in any business, let alone one dealing in spiritual products.
Spiritual commerce demands more than just beads and branding; it requires basic human decency, restraint, and values. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of that. Being told things along the lines of “your product won’t work” or that one may “face bad outcomes” is not just unprofessional—it is disturbing and ethically questionable.
I have preserved all conversations should any senior or responsible authority wish to review them, though I genuinely doubt whether such accountability exists. A brand with sensible management would never allow customer-facing representatives to behave in this manner, nor leave them untrained in basic communication.
This incident has overshadowed what could have been a meaningful first experience. Selling sacred items while lacking courtesy, humility, and respect towards customers is a contradiction that cannot be ignored.
