If, in case, the product received is damaged/broken, please report the same within 72 hours of receipt of the product. We will be happy to replace it without any cost. You need to send the picture on our WhatsApp support number given on the website.

Alternatively, you can initiate the return by reporting the issue to us at info@rudrasamrat.com.

Exchanges are not permitted where the order is customised and you have used “Customize your mala” option on the website.

Please note that we do not entertain returns of the product except it is received in damaged condition by the courier company.

We process the refunds immediately after receipt of the product or any order cancellations. Refunds take usually 5-7 business days for Domestic Orders and 10-12 business days for International orders to relect in the customer’s bank account.
